I had my infusion for the first time at Local Infusion in Augusta. The staff is amazing! Karen is such a great communicator. Prior to my appointment, she explained everything and handled all the communication, paperwork, and insurance approvals with my provider and insurance company – all in such a timely manner and with no effort on my part. She is so pleasant and greets you when you arrive – she immediately puts a smile on your face. Monica was my nurse and is also amazing! She is also very pleasant, professional, and an expert at providing your infusion and making you feel at ease – no pain and worry free. It doesn’t feel like you’re going for a treatment, but rather a visit to be pampered. I couldn’t ask for anything better! The facility is beautiful and provides everything you need and more to have an excellent experience. I couldn’t believe how good it felt to go for treatment. Love it! Thank you!

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating staff. I had a reaction to my medication and the RN was quick to fix it and sent a note to my doctor to let them know about the reaction.

The infusion center itself is inviting and clean, and well stocked with blankets, drinks, and snacks. I loved that I had a private room and was even able to get a nap in while I received my infusion.

My husband had his first visit for an infusion treatment at Local Infusion Augusta Location yesterday after receiving infusion treatments at the hospital for the past 2 years. We were in aww from the moment we walked in. Karen at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. We felt like we were visiting a family member. Once we were in the treatment room Monica the nurse was amazing. The quality of care and compassion was off the charts. This is what medical treatment should be. In the past he felt like he was a number and rushed in and out. Here at Local Infusion it’s a breath of fresh air. Even though you are receiving a medical treatment it is like you’re visiting a spa. If I could give it a 100 stars I would!
