We’re thrilled to now be accepting patients at Local Infusion’s first center in Concord, New Hampshire.

Our modern, state-of-the-art facility is thoughtfully designed with patient comfort and convenience in mind; private suites are outfitted with comfortable recliners, TV, WiFi, snacks, and refreshments.

Meet the team

Our Concord team is led by Nicole Conceicao and Shauna Moran.

  • Nicole Conceicao, Nurse Practitioner
Nicole is a family nurse practitioner with 13 years of experience. Nicole received her Masters Degree in Nursing at Rivier University and her Bachelors Degree from the University of Vermont. Nicole quickly found a passion for caring for patients with chronic diseases, and she has been able to combine that passion with her love for hands-on care by joining the Local Infusion team. Nicole is dedicated to understanding the intricate process of administering the various IV medications she administers and ensuring each patient receives the highest quality of care.

“I feel lucky to get to be a part of making every patient experience at Local Infusion amazing. From the referral and patient onboarding to when the patient is in the infusion chair, it is designed with the patient in mind – giving them an experience that is less ‘medical’ and more comfortable and personal.”

  • Shauna Moran, Infusion Guide
Shauna Moran is an Infusion Guide and Controller, where she helps patients get through the referral and intake process, and being a key point of contact as Local Infusion patients navigate billing and insurance. With over 14 years of healthcare experience,  Shauna has a passion for putting patients first and helping them get through treatment approval quickly, so they can maintain a strong quality of life.

“It’s amazing the level of communication we have with the patient and provider throughout the process – from the real-time texting with the patient and/or a caretaker, to the lightning fast onboarding and referral process - it’s what I wish every part of healthcare was like.”

Patients receive dedicated support from a team of nurses, infusion guides, and coordinators to ensure affordable, timely access to chronic condition care and medications.

Discover the center
Our Concord infusion center is design-forward with soothing tones, private suites, comfortable chairs, and a quiet atmosphere — but this is more than purely aesthetic. Investing in design has a significant impact on the patient experience, particularly those with chronic auto-immune disorders. A calming, peaceful, welcoming atmosphere helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve functionality through the efficient flow of traffic, and boost efficiency with reduced wait times.

Amenities include:

  • Dedicated infusion guide and highly trained nurses
  • Comfortable seating in private suites, WiFi and TV
  • By appointment only (no waiting!), with weekend and evening hours available
  • Convenient, dedicated parking
  • Complimentary snacks and drinks

“If you spend five minutes Googling ‘infusion centers,’ you will see how aesthetically unappealing they are. The patients will often stay for two to four hours at a time, and it’s not ideal to have a substandard physical location.” — Woody Baum, Local Infusion Co-Founder and CEO
