Take A Peek Inside Our New Infusion Center In Bedford, NH

A peek inside our new, state-of-the-art infusion center in Bedford, NH

Our modern, state-of-the-art facility is thoughtfully designed with patient comfort and convenience in mind; private suites are outfitted with comfortable recliners, TV, WiFi, snacks, and refreshments.

Additionally, most commercial payors in the regional New England area direct patients to receive care outside of a hospital and instead of a lower-cost setting, leaving those in Bedford with no other choice but to drive over 40 minutes for treatment. This lack of access can have a debilitating impact on patients’ health and quality of life. We’re here to change that with convenient scheduling — weekends and evenings included.

Meet the team

After opening our doors at Local Infusion Bedford in March 2023, we’re thrilled to be receiving an average patient satisfaction NPS of 100 (that’s right, a *perfect” score) and all 5-star reviews on Google – a testament to the team there!

Our Bedford team is led by Summer Bell and Lynne Dennis.

  • Summer Bell, Nurse Practitioner
Summer is a family nurse practitioner with over 4 years of experience in a Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department. Summer received her Masters Degree in Nursing at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions, and her Bachelors Degrees in Health Sciences with a focus in Community Health from Keene State College. Summer was interested in becoming part of the Local Infusion team to infuse patients with chronic diseases — she has a personal tie to the infusion world as she too had to receive infusions in the past for a chronic illness. This personal tie excites Summer to be able to provide an exceptional experience for each and every one of her patients along with combining her passion for hands-on patient care.

“As a previous infusion patient, I understand the anxiety and mundane task of coming to an infusion center on a scheduled basis, and I hope to help these patients in a way that I was helped to understand and accept my diagnosis, along with providing an experience that allows each patient to want to come back to infuse with me.”

  • Lynne Dennis, Infusion Guide
Lynne Dennis is a Certified Medical Assistant with 20 years experience in the medical field.  She has worked in various roles in Endoscopy and gastroenterology which is how she gained her interest and passion with infusion therapy. While working at primary care, Lynne obtained a certification in anticoagulation, to which she worked in the coumadin clinic/nurse visits as well as assisting the sleep specialist and management of vaccines.  She loves the healthcare field and ensuring that each patient receives the best possible care.

“I am thrilled to be working at Local Infusion, as it is such a patient-oriented and caring company. I hope to be that person that each and every patient always remembers in the most positive way possible ”

Patients receive dedicated support from a team of nurses, infusion guides, and coordinators to ensure affordable, timely access to chronic condition care and medications.

Discover the center
Our Bedford infusion center is design-forward with soothing tones, private suites, comfortable chairs, and a quiet atmosphere — but this is more than purely aesthetic. Investing in design has a significant impact on the patient experience, particularly those with chronic auto-immune disorders. A calming, peaceful, welcoming atmosphere helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve functionality through the efficient flow of traffic, and boost efficiency with reduced wait times.

Amenities include:

  • Dedicated infusion guide and highly trained nurses
  • Comfortable seating in private suites, WiFi and TV
  • By appointment only (no waiting!), with weekend and evening hours available
  • Convenient, dedicated parking
  • Complimentary snacks and drinks
  • ADA accessible center and bathroom

"With night and weekend appointments and beautiful private infusion suites, we make it easy for patients to choose the most affordable setting. Manchester is the largest city in New Hampshire, and there are currently zero affordable options for patients on infusion therapy in the greater Manchester area. Our expansion into Bedford will mean more money in the pockets of New Hampshire families, while infusion patients spend more time with their loved ones, and less time worrying about where or how they are going to get their care,” said Ashley Knapp of Local Infusion.
